从首都机场乘坐机场专线,在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向,在西直门站 C 口出站:

1、沿西直门内大街向东直行100米,右拐到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

2、向南直行50米,绕过 国二招宾馆 沿着中大安胡同向东到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

        Consuming too much sugar will not only make people fat, also can lead to death. A large-scale study showed that drinks and cakes and sweets to absorb too much "added sugar", will increase the risk of dying from heart disease. 
 
        Researchers in the United States centers for disease control and prevention to participate in the national health and nutrition survey data from more than 31000 people are analyzed, the participants answered questions about diet and health behavior. The survey found that most (71%) adults daily intake of added sugar, more than 10% of the total quantity of heat; About 10% of adults daily intake of added sugar, more than 25% of the total quantity of heat. 
 
        The results showed that more than 21% total calories a day from added sugar, and added sugar intake accounted for less than 10% of total calories than those who died of heart disease risk for more than 1 times. 
 
        In addition, if the daily intake of total calories from added with 17% ~ 17% sugar, the risk of heart disease than added sugar intake 10% higher than that of people account for less than 10% of total calories. 
 
        To consume 2000 calories a day, if 21% quantity of heat, about 420 calories from added sugars, equivalent to drink three cans of sugary drinks a day. 
 
        The study also found that getting seven or more sugary drinks a week, the risk of heart disease than 1 weekly intake of sugary drinks below 29% higher. 
 
        Published recently in the journal of internal medicine of the American medical association, the study said, as the quantity of sugar intake, people will significantly increase the risk of death from cardiovascular disease. (Cao Shufen)
