机场线路1

从首都机场乘坐机场专线,在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向,在西直门站 C 口出站:

1、沿西直门内大街向东直行100米,右拐到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

2、向南直行50米,绕过 国二招宾馆 沿着中大安胡同向东到西直门南小街,向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

机场线路2

        In spring, people also appropriately increased activity. The expert reminds, early spring season, all the body organs function is still in lower level, at this time should not be fierce and long time exercise. Some rhythm more slowly and little exercise movement, such as jogging, walking, do a radio gymnastics, practical for flying kites. Especially the elderly, early exercise should pay attention to the following: 
 
        Unfavorable early spring morning low temperature, heavy fog, such as go out early morning exercise, easy head cold, or chronic bronchitis, asthma, such as illness, to go out after the sun rises in the exercise. 
 
        Should not be empty slow metabolism in the elderly, relatively slow blood flow in the morning, and after a night stomach empty. So, before the morning exercise can drink some hot drinks, such as milk, soy milk, to supplement the moisture, increase quantity of heat. 
 
        Unfavorable dew outdoor exercise should choose to shelter a sunny place. If feel too hot perspire, exercise intensity can be smaller, slow down or have a rest, do not immediately take off clothes, in case of cold invasion. 
 
        Should not be weak for a long time the elderly's physique, adaptability is poor, so the movement must be our strengths, step by step, not too long duration. Do some slow movement is more suitable for, and to avoid long crouch long stand. 
 
        Should not rush the elderly because of the stiff muscles, joints, ligaments and limb function not harmonious, so the morning exercises should do some preparation before exercise, to avoid accidental injury induced by sudden exercise, etc.
