"Carbohydrates, is our common to eat staple food, it is best to whole grains and refined grains collocation, guarantee of dietary fiber intake, the intake of protein is mainly comes from meat and bean products. Meat, try to choose lean meat, white meat is better than red meat, so not only ensure the protein intake, and prevent excessive fat. Milk and soybean milk is also to ensure that the protein intake is suitable for food; green plant food intake is not limited to basic; fruit eat need to be under the guidance of a doctor, as far as possible under the condition of the blood sugar stable, choose gi low fruit."
