从首都机场乘坐机场专线，在东直门站下车换乘地铁2号线开往西直门方向，在西直门站 C 口出站：
１、沿西直门内大街向东直行100米，右拐到西直门南小街，向南步行到丁字路口即到国英园1号楼楼下。

Buqi spleen and Braised salmon
Material:
Salmon 1
Sauce:
Cooked shredded lard, garlic, onions, ginger water, cooking wine, pepper, vinegar, pepper, sesame oil, water, starch, salt, flour paste
Practices:
Salmon butchering wash, Crescent knife sheath around fish, sprinkle with salt, pepper-cured for 20 minutes.
Pot into the hot lard stearin burning to 40%, put good salted fish, fried on both sides to check out.
Oil in the pot, into shredded onion, ginger, garlic stir-frying incense, into surface water, cooking wine and fish sauce, pepper, with small fires simmering hot, and finally starch to thicken water by adding vinegar, drenched in sesame oil.
Tip:
Salmon contains a variety of b vitamins, Supplement Qi and blood, nourishing the spleen and the functions. Note that fried fish in time not too long, and must not paint on both sides.
