The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

I. supervision content.

(1) to organize, lead, deploy and promote special inspection work for the competent departments of traditional Chinese medicine at all levels;

(2) self-examination and rectification of TCM medical institutions;

(3) the competent department of traditional Chinese medicine and the comprehensive supervision and law enforcement agency for health and family planning to inspect, spot check and case investigation;

(4) to check the problems, difficulties and next steps in the work;

(5) to strengthen and standardize the opinions and Suggestions on the prevention and control of infectious diseases and infection prevention and control of TCM medical institutions.

Ii. Supervision of objects and forms.

(I) supervise the object. To supervise and supervise law enforcement agencies in charge of traditional Chinese medicine and health and family planning, and select some TCM medical institutions. Each province choose the two cities, 8-10 medical institutions (including at least 2 above two categories of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, level 1 (x) category of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, the category of traditional Chinese medicine clinics, clinics, 4) conduct site inspection.

(2) inspection form. To take the form of hearing reports, holding symposiums, consulting relevant documents and files, and checking in the field, the inspection team can determine the specific inspection form of this group.

Iii. Work requirements.

(a) please order to the inspection plan provincial department in charge of traditional Chinese medicine and the supervision inspection organization to carry out the supervision to the local special supervision and inspection, ready to related documents in advance, cooperate with the inspection supervision.

(2) please provincial special action in a timely manner as required by the competent department of traditional Chinese medicine summary work, on the special inspection before 25 April summary work summary and submit it to our policies and regulations and supervision.

(iii) all localities shall, according to the spirit requirements of the eight central government regulations, pay attention to the practical effect of work, avoid formalism, strictly control the number of people accompanying them, and improve the efficiency of work.
