Why can't dead crabs be eaten

We do not recommend that pregnant women eat crabs casually, and we do not encourage pregnant women who have never eaten crabs to taste. First, if you have never eaten crabs before and do not know if you are allergic to them, you may be afraid of allergic risk. The 2nd, have already have loose bowels, foreboding abortion, habitual abortion wait unwell or the pregnant woman of disease, had better not eat crab. Once bought crabs are not fresh, or uncooked crabs are eaten, it can cause bacterial and viral infections that can affect the fetus.
Crayfish, crabs, screws, shellfish, fish, etc., can carry parasites, and can be easily infected if eaten raw or undercooked. The following points should be noted when eating crabs: 1. Cook thoroughly. Crab under the high temperature of 100 ℃ continuous cooking 20 ~ 30 minutes. Don't eat drunk crabs, raw cold crabs. Choose fresh crab and wash it before cooking.
Large amounts of histamine are produced in dead crabs. People can get histamine poisoning from eating dead crabs. Because histamine is a kind of allergic poison, also can say to be allergic food is toxic. Don't think it's ok to eat just a little dead crab meat. In people who are allergic to histamine, even a bite can cause a reaction. For example, symptoms can appear after eating dead crabs for 10 minutes to 3 hours, such as flushed cheeks, red chest and red skin and conjunctival congestion, headache, dizziness, chest tightness, general weakness and irritability.
Never eat a dead crab. Another important cause of death in crabs is bacterial infection. In general, wild river crabs do not live in an artificial environment as well as Marine crabs. Once they die, bacteria outside the body will multiply to break down the crab meat and produce toxins. The risk of bacterial infection is relatively high, and people are more likely to develop bacterial infections after eating it.
It is important to note that a 3-2-4-2 crab can eat only 60-80 grams. The dietary guidelines for Chinese residents recommend that everyone eat 40 grams to 75 grams of aquatic products per day, so don't eat more than one crab per day. People with allergies, hyperuricemia or gout, pregnant women, the elderly, children, the infirm, it is best to eat less or no crabs. If you are caught with a crab, you should immediately flush the wound with water and disinfect with iodine fu.
