Tofu + fish, meat, eggs. Tofu is rich in good protein, but it has less methionine. Methionine is an essential amino acid that is involved in protein synthesis. The amino acid composition in fish, meat and eggs is more suitable for human needs, especially rich in methionine, which can play a significant role in protein complementation when combined with tofu.
