Taro with meat
Raw material: prepare more than ten taro, 300 grams of pork, edible oil, salt and sugar, light soy sauce, vinegar and other condiments.
(1) first buy the pork washed, and then cut into large pieces, and then the taro ready, the taro peel off. Pour water into the pot. When the water boils, put the meat into the pot. Season the pot with ginger. Cook for about 10 minutes to remove the meat.
(2) we are ready to light soy sauce, until the meat gets cool, and then the light soy sauce evenly sprinkled on the meat. The resulting meat is more tender and flavorful. We can also add some flour, which will make the pork smoother and taste better.
Then we cut the taro into slices. Remember, you can't cut it too thick or too thin.
(4) then take out two or three green Onions, cut into small pieces, and then mix with salt and sugar, dark soy sauce, cooking oil, and honey to mix them evenly. This is the seasoning for this dish. This seasoning is very important. Don't forget something.
Then we make the above seasoning evenly in the taro and meat slices. Marinate for about a dozen minutes before serving.
6. Taro must be next to the meat. Taro must be eaten with the meat. Then put the two ingredients together on the pot and steam for about ten minutes. Steam it out and pour the rest of the sauce over it.
Taro chops
Raw materials: ribs, taro, wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar.
1. Put the ribs in the pot, cook for about ten minutes, and then see, with cold water, then sprinkle the seasoning. Then fry the ribs in the pan.
Remove the skin from the taro. Then put the taro in the pan and fry it for five minutes.
The oil into the pot, the garlic into pieces into the pot stir fry. Until fragrant, put in the ribs. Steam the taro over low heat for 10 minutes. Two delicious dishes are done. Taro is very effective.
