        Report from our correspondent (reporter jian-guo zhao Beijing) by the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine, and other departments involved in drafting the law of the People's Republic of China law (draft) "of Chinese medicine to solicit comments recently for the public.         According to introducing, law (draft) of traditional Chinese medicine article 49 proposed regulation, the state protection of traditional knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional knowledge holders shall have the right to inheritance use of Chinese medicine, and the others to obtain and make use of traditional knowledge shall have the right to informed consent, benefit sharing. The specific measures by the intellectual property administrative authority under the state council in conjunction with the competent department of traditional Chinese medicine under the state council. To article 50 of the law (draft) of traditional Chinese medicine, has important academic value of state support for traditional Chinese medicine theory and technical methods. People's governments at or above the provincial level department in charge of organization of traditional Chinese medicine selection within their respective administrative areas of academic inheritance projects and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine, and provide necessary conditions for its inheritance activities. Inheritance shall conduct inheritance activities, cultivating talents and the subsequent summary, collect and keep the relevant academic materials. Article 54 the proposed rules, the people's government at or above the county level shall perfect the mechanism of transformation of scientific and technological achievements of Chinese medicine, take measures to encourage and support technology transfer and technology promotion, improve the service system of science and technology of Chinese medicine. 
 
 
        It is understood that law (draft) of traditional Chinese medicine also proposed rules, the state encourages the development of traditional Chinese medicine standardization farming, support for Chinese traditional medicine seed-breeding, improve the quality of Chinese medicinal materials. Building authentic Chinese herbal medicine evaluation system and support the authentic Chinese herbal medicine varieties breeding, well-bred breeding, supporting the authentic Chinese herbal medicine production base construction, encourage the geographical indication product protection measures are taken to protect authentic Chinese herbal medicine.
