Modeled after traditional medicine personnel with recognized competence and qualification evaluation test method

 

 

    Chapter I General Provisions
    First to regulate traditional medicine who studied under and recognized competence in the qualification assessment exam, according to "People's Republic of Medical Practitioners" the provisions of Article XI and the relevant provisions of the Medical Licensing Examination, the development of this approach.
    The second study by studying under way after years of traditional medicine, or medicine, traditional medicine does have expertise in clinical practice, medical education does not have the staff to participate in qualification examinations, the application of this approach.
    Third appraisal is modeled after traditional medicine personnel with recognized competence and qualification to apply for qualification assessment and certification exam, modeled after traditional medicine into apprenticeship examination (hereinafter referred to as apprenticeship examination) and traditional medicine does have expertise in medical examination (hereinafter referred to there skills assessment).

    Article V The term "traditional medicine" means medicine and minorities in medicine.

    Chapter apprenticeship examination
    Article apprenticeship examination by the provincial department of Chinese Medicine organized and implemented.
    Who studied under Article VII shall have high school or higher or those with equivalent, and with the teacher to learn at least 3 consecutive years.
    Article VIII studied under the guidance of the teacher should also meet the following conditions:

   (B) in the national health or clinical medicine more than 15 years, or with traditional Chinese medicine or physician, deputy director of national health professional and technical job qualifications;
   (C) has a wealth of clinical experience and unique expertise;
   (D) abide by the law and abide by professional ethics, in good standing;
   (E) in medical institutions to adhere to clinical practice, be able to complete the task of teaching.
    Article IX shall be studied under the guidance teacher who signed the unity of the State Administration of Traditional pattern of succession between the contract.
    Relations should be studied under the contract notarized by notary office above the county level, with the teacher to learn the time from the date of notarization.
    Article instructor at the same time with the teacher bearing shall not exceed two.
    Learning with teachers who studied under Article XI of the form and content, by the provincial department of Chinese Medicine.
