    Chapter I General Provisions

    First to regulate traditional medicine who studied under and recognized competence in the qualification assessment exam, according to "People's Republic of Medical Practitioners" the provisions of Article XI and the relevant provisions of the Medical Licensing Examination, the development of this approach.

    The second study by studying under way after years of traditional medicine, or medicine, traditional medicine does have expertise in clinical practice, medical education does not have the staff to participate in qualification examinations, the application of this approach.

    Third appraisal is modeled after traditional medicine personnel with recognized competence and qualification to apply for qualification assessment and certification exam, modeled after traditional medicine into apprenticeship examination (hereinafter referred to as apprenticeship examination) and traditional medicine does have expertise in medical examination (hereinafter referred to there skills assessment).

Article responsible for the national State Administration of Traditional modeled after traditional medicine personnel and personnel with recognized competence in the supervision and examination qualification assessment management.

Article V The term "traditional medicine" means medicine and minorities in medicine.

 

      Chapter apprenticeship examination

    Article apprenticeship examination by the provincial department of Chinese Medicine organized and implemented.

(B) in the national health or clinical medicine more than 15 years, or with traditional Chinese medicine or physician, deputy director of national health professional and technical job qualifications;

(C) has a wealth of clinical experience and unique expertise;

(D) abide by the law and abide by professional ethics, in good standing;

(E) in medical institutions to adhere to clinical practice, be able to complete the task of teaching. 

    Article IX shall be studied under the guidance teacher who signed the unity of the State Administration of Traditional pattern of succession between the contract.

    Relations should be studied under the contract notarized by notary office above the county level, with the teacher to learn the time from the date of notarization.

    Article instructor at the same time with the teacher bearing shall not exceed two.

    Learning with teachers who studied under Article XI of the form and content, by the provincial department of Chinese Medicine.

    Article XII apprenticeship examination should include professional ethics and standards, focusing on the basis of traditional medical knowledge and basic skills, academic experience, technical expertise succession; methods include comprehensive written and clinical skills assessment.

    Specific assessment content, standards and methods developed by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

    Article XIII apply for the apprenticeship examination of succession staff, fill out a unified by the State Administration of Traditional style "of traditional medicine studied under apprenticeship examination application form", and the guidance of teachers approved the practice of health administration department, the department and the consent of Medicine , to the provincial department of Chinese medicine to apply. 

    Article XIV shall submit the application for apprenticeship examination of the following materials:

(A) evaluation of traditional medicine studied under apprenticeship application form;

(B) proof of my identity;

(C) two-inch bust front hat 2 photos;

(D) degree or equivalency certificate;

(E) Instructor qualification certificate, certificate of practicing doctors, professional and technical positions qualification certificate, or approval of the practice of health administrative departments of the Chinese Medicine issued by the department engaged in traditional Chinese medicine, national health more than 15 years of clinical proof;

(F) Certified copies of succession between the contract;

(G) above the provincial level required by the authorities in the medical management of other materials.

    Article XV of the Chinese Medicine department of the provincial apprenticeship examination on the application to review the materials submitted, in line with assessment criteria, issuing ticket; do not meet the assessment criteria, the acceptance of the application within 15 working days after the application for apprenticeship examination statement of reasons .

Article XVI apprenticeship examination once a year, the specific time by the provincial department of the Chinese Medicine and examination 3 months before the start of a public announcement in the area.

    Article XVII those who pass the apprenticeship examination by the provincial department of Chinese Medicine issued by the State Administration of Traditional unified form of "traditional medicine studied under apprenticeship certificate."

    Chapter recognized competence in the assessment

    Article XVIII does have expertise in assessment districts by the municipal health administrative department, organization and implementation of medical management.

    Article XIX does have expertise in assessing an application, it shall meet the following conditions:

(A) of the law to engage in clinical practice of traditional medicine more than 5 years;

(B) the master unique, safe and effective traditional medicine treatment techniques. 

    Diershitiao recognized competence in the assessment should include professional ethics and standards, focusing on basic knowledge of traditional medical clinics and master the unique skills and basic clinical operations; methods include comprehensive written and practical clinical skills assessment.

    Specific assessment content, standards and methods developed by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

    Twenty-one applications for persons with recognized competence in assessment, complete reunification of the State Administration of Traditional style "medicine, traditional medicine does have expertise in assessing the application form", and by the local county health administrative department and consent, to the districts municipal health administrative department, the medical management department to apply.

    Twenty-two applications do have expertise in the assessment shall submit the following materials:

(A) medicine, traditional medicine does have expertise in assessing the application form;

(B) proof of my identity;

(C) two-inch bust front hat 2 photos;

(D) the applicant at the county level health administrative departments shall issue a certificate of its life in the clinical practice of traditional medicine materials;

(E) Two or more physicians practicing certificate issued by its mastery of unique, safe and effective treatment technology, materials of traditional medicine;

(F) above the level of districts health administrative department, the medical management required by other materials.

    Twenty-three recognized competence in the examination once a year, the specific time of the municipal districts by the health administrative departments, the established medical management and examination 3 months before the start of a public announcement in the area.

    Twenty-four appraisal organizations who pass the assessment by the responsible health authority, the administrative department of medicine issued by the State Administration of Traditional unified form of "traditional medicine does have expertise in medical certificate", report to the provincial administrative department of the record of Chinese medicine .

     Medical Licensing Examination Chapter

    Modeled after the twenty-five staff physicians and recognized competence in the qualifying examination is to evaluate whether the application for qualification to practice with the professional knowledge and skills exam is a national qualification examination component.

    Twenty-six persons studied under and recognized competence in the way of qualification examination and medical examination of practical skills into comprehensive written examination, practical skills examination of the comprehensive written examination before taking medicine.

    Examination of the specific content and is implemented by the Ministry of Health, Medical Licensing Examination Commission.

    第二 seventeen who studied under and recognized competence in the obtaining of "traditional medicine studied under apprenticeship certificate" or "traditional medicine does have expertise in medical certificate", the doctors in the practice under the guidance of the award of "traditional medicine studied under apprenticeship certificate" or "traditional medicine medicine recognized competence in the certificate "of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) in medical institutions within 1 year probation and passing the examination, may apply to participate in physician assistant practice exam.

    第二 eighteen who studied under and recognized competence in the practice with practice physician assistant certificate, medical institutions engaged in medical work of traditional medicine for 5 years, can apply for the qualification examination to practice.

    第二 nineteen who studied under and recognized competence in the qualification examination shall apply to the prescribed test center registration office and submit the following materials:

(A) two-inch bust front hat 2 photos;

(B) proof of my identity;

(C) "certificate of traditional medicine studied under apprenticeship" or "traditional medicine does have expertise in medical certificate";

(D) issued by the trial probation compliance certification examination;

(E) medical practitioners licensed assistant doctors declared eligible for examination, the need to also submit certificates and qualifications of assistant medical practitioners physicians practicing certificate;

(F) apply to other needed materials. 

    Other applicants qualification examination process by the relevant regulations.

    Modeled after the third and recognized competence in the ten staff qualification examination and implementation of organization and management, in accordance with relevant provisions of the Medical Licensing Examination.

    Chapter V Penalty

(E) other serious corrupt conduct.

    Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

    Within the meaning of the thirty-fifth of this approach is the clinical practice of traditional medicine practitioners to obtain a valid qualification to engage in medical activities of traditional medicine, or qualified person without a valid medical practice in Chinese medicine, under the guidance of national health practitioner of traditional medicine in medical practice activities .

    Thirty-sixth of this approach by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine is responsible for interpretation.

    Thirty-seventh of this approach since February 1, 2007 shall come into force. July 23, 1999 release of "traditional medicine who studied under and recognized competence in the Interim Measures on Examination qualification examination" shall be repealed simultaneously.
