Report from our correspondent (reporter wei min), Chinese medicine tisanes service standard proposal project by the international organization for standardization technical committee (ISO/TC249) creation of traditional Chinese medicine, entered the stage of development. The project will be held on June 5 ~ 9, Rome, Italy in the ISO/TC249 accept the seventh plenary session to discuss, China, Canada, Germany, Ghana, Italy and Singapore and other countries has been appointed experts to participate in the standard preparation work.
As the first service standards in the ISO/TC249 project, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) tisanes service standard proposal project put forward by the world federation of Chinese medicine societies in 2015, Beijing donghua original medical equipment co., LTD Jiang Libin to the program manager. Project proposals will be taken from the environment, materials, equipment, personnel, operation process and quality control, packaging, etc of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) tisanes service specification is proposed.

In recent years, the world zhonglian actively fulfill their duties of ISO/TC249 a-class liaison organization and put forward several standard proposal project, especially proposed "the words in the first part of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese herbal medicine" as the first noun terminology standard, ISO/TC249 has advanced to the stage of draft international standard (DIS).
