On March 21 (reporter Cui Fang wang ning), the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine with national health council and the central military commission logistics security health bureau issued by the implementation of major difficult disease of Chinese and western medicine clinical trial collaboration work notice. It is reported that 58 projects have been selected as a pilot project for clinical collaboration of western medicine in major difficult diseases. Pilot work to address the major difficulty disease clinical difficulties as the core, through the integration of resources, complementary advantages, collaborative research, establish long-term effective mechanism of traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical collaboration, and promote the diagnosis and treatment mode reform and innovation, form a unique combination of Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment plan or expert consensus. The pilot work will be carried out in 2018, with a period of three years.
At the end of 2015, the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine and the national health and family planning commission of the central military commission and the ministry of health of the central military commission (CMC) launched the pilot application for clinical collaboration of western medicine in the major diseases. After more than two years of application and review, the pilot project was confirmed. The project involved 31 diseases such as diabetes and complications, liver cancer, acute myocardial infarction, and childhood acute leukemia.
According to simultaneously with the "notice" issued by the major difficult disease of Chinese and western medicine clinical cooperation measures for the implementation of the pilot project, the collaboration mechanism, to establish a western and Chinese medicine personnel closely collaborative diagnosis, joint consultation, joint operation, joint case discussions, academic training cross joint, high level of Chinese and western medicine cooperation mode and the health care system, provide patients from the prevention, treatment, to the rehabilitation of collaborative integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis and treatment services. On collaborative focus, should start from clinical, for collaboration at some stage in the process of disease occurrence, development, key link, to carry out joint research cooperation of Chinese and western medicine, mining consolidation treatment experience and the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine therapy, refining clinical experience, for the clinical diagnosis and treatment schemes for dynamic management, strengthen the analysis of clinical data, summary and evaluation, combining Chinese and western medicine curative effect evaluation standard is established.
The implementation of the project proposes to encourage the development of clinical collaboration between Chinese and western medicine at different levels, such as provincial-level, prefecture-level, county-level and even hospitals. We will encourage the participation of non-project-based medical institutions with high enthusiasm and a certain work basis to participate in pilot projects, accumulate pilot experience and improve the efficiency of the pilot projects.
