Tofu with soy sauce in small bowl

Ingredients: 1 piece tofu, 1 vegetable, 1/2 carrot, 100g black bean sauce.



Seasoning: adequate amount of soy sauce.



Method: 1. Cut the tofu into large cubes, first into the pot and boil with water, then remove, with a spoon in the middle of a round hole. Cut up the vegetables and carrots, put them into a small bowl of tofu, then put a few grains of black beans. 3. Place the tofu cubes, soy beans and carrot cubes in the middle of the tofu cup, wrap with plastic wrap and poke several air holes in the film. Place the dish in the microwave oven and cook over high heat for 3 minutes. Drizzle with soy sauce and serve.
