Hebei promotes international cooperation in TCM

Recently, hebei province administration of traditional Chinese medicine, the national development and reform commission and national health commission jointly issued the "area" of Chinese medicine in hebei province to promote the development of the implementation opinions, put forward to 2022, strive to establish one to two international cooperation platform of traditional Chinese medicine, 1 to 2 overseas center of traditional Chinese medicine, two to four international exchanges and cooperation base of Chinese medicine. We will build one or two regional TCM medical centers with international standards, two or three national TCM health tourism demonstration zones, and a number of national demonstration bases and projects.
The implementation opinions put forward that policies and measures suitable for hebei to promote the construction of "One Belt And One Road" of traditional Chinese medicine should be formulated to build a policy communication and exchange system of traditional Chinese medicine industry at the government level. We will expand the scope of international cooperation in TCM in hebei province and promote exchanges and cooperation with countries and regions along the belt and road in TCM medical care, scientific research, education, economy and trade, services and culture.
According to the implementation opinions, the province will make full use of education resources of high-quality traditional Chinese medicine in hebei to attract students from countries along the belt and road to receive education or short-term training of traditional Chinese medicine education.
