Winter pear paste, to select the autumn pear (or yali pear, snowflake pear) as the main raw materials, with other cough, expectorant, sheng jin, embellient lung drugs, such as sheng di, kudzu root, radish, radix ophiopogonis, lotus root node, ginger juice, fritillary bulb, honey and other medicine and food homologous raw materials carefully boiled. Method of making --



Ingredients: 6 yali pears, 80g dried red dates, 150g rock sugar, 20g ginger, 80ml honey.



Steps:



1. Clean the dried red dates and cut them into stones. Peel the ginger and cut them into thin shreds.



2. Put the pitted red dates, shredded ginger and rock sugar into the pot with pear juice.



Cover and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, then use a sieve to scoop up the puree and press with another spoon to squeeze out more pear juice.



4. Discard the extruded pear dregs, red dates and shredded ginger, leave only the pear juice in the pot, continue to cook with minimum heat for about 1 hour, until the pear pulp thickens and then turn off the heat to cool.



5. Pour honey into the pear pulp after cooling and mix well, then put it into the sealed jar for preservation.
