Medical institutions basic standard clinical psychiatrist outpatient service (for trial implementation)

Clinical psychiatrist outpatient service is for the general population medical institution, the psychological behavior problems personnel and mental illness (including other departments were suffering from mental illness body disease patients) provide counseling and psychological therapy and other mental health services of outpatient service medical treatment service places.

A, partition layout

Layout and process shall meet the job needs, have the corresponding working area, including the waiting area, accepts area, psychological measurement area, psychological treatment zone (including individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy area), storage room and dirt treatment zone and other basic function area. Second, personnel

(a) at least two mental health professional practising physicians, including at least one midfielder with psychiatric professional intermediate above professional technical position qualifications.

Three, building, facilities

(2) at least set 2 for special psychological treatment rooms, between individual psychotherapy and family therapy. Four, equipment

Cardiac defibrillator, simple respirator, rescue vehicles.

(3) informatization equipment.

Have at least 1 can access the computer.

First aid equipment and informatization equipment can be Shared with other outpatient department.

Five, the rules

Set up quality control system, make each rules and regulations, personnel responsibilities, related medical technical standards and operational procedures.
